Biography
Molly is a writer and director based in Los Angeles. Beginning her career in branded content, she’s worked with top tier clients to find their comedic angles and match their messaging goals to various mediums, audiences, and genres for over 10 years. She’s written and directed for Pepsi, Amazon, Dos Equis, Disney, Discover, J Crew, Warner Brothers, Visit California, Starbucks, Sam’s Club, Bumble, and 3M (among others).
She’s also written and directed original pieces and series for Funny Or Die, The Ellen Show, The Jennifer Hudson Show, MTV, LOGO, and Comedy Central. Her work has amassed 100M+ views online.
During her time at The Ellen Show, Molly directed a behind-the-scenes docu series for the final season, interviewing Ellen and A-List guests about the show’s groundbreaking legacy. Currently serving as the field director for The Jennifer Hudson Show, she mixes comedic storytelling with live directing for field pieces that throw the host into new and exciting environments each week. She’s directed A-List talent like Cher, Bono, Kristen Bell, Sarah Hyland, and Ted Danson, and shot everywhere from a swimming pool to a ski hill.
Molly was selected for the 2024 DGA Television Director Mentorship Program and is excited to continue her career in narrative storytelling and brand work.
